Wouter, I had a feeling you would give it a look..I understand you very well because I have been going through a similar process myself, but without any really interesting results..Street shooting is not working very well for me at the moment and I believe I am starting to know why..But it will take time, I guess!

Best, Erik.

I checked that link you provided to Christi. I hope you now better understand why I wanted to leave my comfort zone. I don't want to be like Bon Jovi, but want to feel the drive of Radiohead.

Hi guys!! I needed to get away from the people yesterday, no peolpe´s shots..

Wouter, I agree with your comment on the contrast. I actually uploaded a much more contrasty version initially and I thought it was too much so I "lowered" it.. I get the feeling that when I upload my images to Flickr they appear darker than in my computer..It might be me but I need to give it some test.

Ciao!!

Remarkable job for such a long exposure. Looks good, but I would have preferred a bit more contrast to give it more body. The composition is excellent though.

Very nice shot with great tonality. Reminds me of Wouter's landscape shots.
I also like the background info about this. Makes for a very interesting read. A great pictures plus a small history lesson. :)
